    Exclamation Getting Started

    I am getting ready to start my diet following Milos' plan and incorporating a starting workout/cardio exercise routine. Wondering what are the basic supplements I should use. Any and all help is appreciated.

    Protein powder for pwo, glutamine, and caffeine are the only supps i use
