Howdy everyone. I'm just a laid back guy from KC. I used to be a regular to workouts, diets, steroids, etc..but I dropped out of the game a few years ago after getting hurt in college ball. I've been doing my best to whip myself back into shape with a whole new workout/diet routine over the past month or so. I can feel my progress coming to a plateau, so I'll be around looking for my first cycle back when I'm ready.
