Anything will work....but in order to grow you need:
1. consistency
2. progression
3. rest
4. diet
...oh and lastly: GENETICS.

really think you need to figure out how many reps works best for you.. i've done 4-6 reps, 8 reps, 10 reps, and 12 reps.. 12 reps seems to work the best for me for size
6-8 is my magic number for hella size and sum good strength
figure your own body out bro it may take awhile but you will get it. listen to it.
Yep. I need to do 3-5 reps. My magic number. When I do higher reps I feel soft the next day
the key is intensity and each week add wieght or reps forcing your body to get bigger and stronger
3 basic exercises: squat, deadlift, bench.
this is what we for olympic training. organize your sets by putting them into a cycle that takes place over period of 10-12 weeks. start with 10 rep weeks, go onto 5 rep weeks, then to 3 rep weeks, then peak out to 2 rep weeks. this power cycle is highly effective with tuned to the individual athlete's abilities. master this and keep in mind that if you overtrain you will only weaken yourself.
