Impossible to diagnose this way. Were they sore? Did they go away soon after the cycle ended? All over doesn't seem like acne. It's more along the line of allergic reaction. To what - who knows - but since it didn't happen until halfway thru the cycle I find it hard to believe the juice did it. But everyone is different and people do have strange individual reactions to medications. It's a guess but i'm thinking you either got something unrelated to the juice or ate something that didn't agree with you and somehow your system was out of whack enough to cause a reaction you may not normally have gotten. My best guess.

If they're bumps, it's acne. I get them too, try putting some Tea tree oil on them, it works for me.

they were not sore at all and soons the cycle was over it whent away
