    two quick easy question's

    Im trying to perfect my diet before i post and get critqued. Having a little problem with snacking and times.

    So first ill tell you im coming off a cycle, great gains, lots of LEAN MASS. Noticed obvisouly alot of strength gains, but also noticed i got a hell of alot leaner. So now i am implimenting a clean and lean diet...and cardio to lose more BF%. I know its hard and what i should do, but have the two question's on diet.

    1. If im off work my last meal would be around 8-9pm. Chicken salad usually, and i add home made salsa to eat for more flavor. Salsa is all raw veggies, little EVO, lime jucie. So very clean. But one problem i have is i do not go to bed until midnight usually. What can i eat or snack on around 10-11 before i go to bed. Rescently i have been eating two hard boiled eggs (whole) because its protein/fats. Is that good? Anything other ideas?

    2. For my carbs throughout the day is usually brown rice...not counting the broccolli or spinach i eat. But ocassionally i like a good baked sweet potatoe with dinner. Is eating a sweet pot. around 8 going to be that bad if im not going to bed until 11-12??

    one more thing just thought of....when i read alot of members diet post...i never see any fruits invovled..why is that. I eat alot of grapes, apples, bannas, cantloupe...ect. Is that bad? lol (wouldnt think so)

    1-Can you possibly spread your meals out by another 15 minutes each throughout the day? That would put your last meal closer to 2200-2230 and solve the snack issue.

    2-Sweet Potatoe at 2000 is fine.

    Fruit Question-Do a "fruit" or better yet "fructose" search in this forum and you will find tons of info as to why most avoid fruit or use it in moderation especially when cutting.

    ok, just a stupid question....when you say "2200-2230" You are talking time right...lol.

    Just making sure. i could spread my meals out more, ould be a great idea...i just always heard never eat after 8pm....especially while cutting....but is that pertaining to people who go to bed around 10 or something. So i should just figure last meal about 2 hours before i go to sleep?.

    Sweet pot would be a good carb that late, so would hurt me from burning fat right? is what i am understanding from that?

    Ill look up the fruit...thanks fire guy!!!

    really? Thats awsome if that works well. I eat a cup of fat free on the mornings i dont have time or am out of eggs. So how long before bed can i eat that? stick to the 2 hour or can it be closer.
