So first ill tell you im coming off a cycle, great gains, lots of LEAN MASS. Noticed obvisouly alot of strength gains, but also noticed i got a hell of alot leaner. So now i am implimenting a clean and lean diet...and cardio to lose more BF%. I know its hard and what i should do, but have the two question's on diet.
1. If im off work my last meal would be around 8-9pm. Chicken salad usually, and i add home made salsa to eat for more flavor. Salsa is all raw veggies, little EVO, lime jucie. So very clean. But one problem i have is i do not go to bed until midnight usually. What can i eat or snack on around 10-11 before i go to bed. Rescently i have been eating two hard boiled eggs (whole) because its protein/fats. Is that good? Anything other ideas?
2. For my carbs throughout the day is usually brown rice...not counting the broccolli or spinach i eat. But ocassionally i like a good baked sweet potatoe with dinner. Is eating a sweet pot. around 8 going to be that bad if im not going to bed until 11-12??

one more thing just thought of....when i read alot of members diet post...i never see any fruits invovled..why is that. I eat alot of grapes, apples, bannas, cantloupe...ect. Is that bad? lol (wouldnt think so)
