Is this a sign of gyno?

Im almost 9 weeks into a test cyp cycle of 500mg weekly. Ive looked everyday for signs of gyno, and I have some arimidex on hand.
My nipples arent puffy, swollen, or sensitive at all, but I squeezed one today, and it was like a blackhead zit type of stuff came out, it was thick, and white. It wasnt a lot, and it was only in one nipple.
Is this a sign of gyno, or could this be something else?
This shit has me a little worried, But as I said before.....I have no excess sensitivity or anything else.
