Life span of pasteurized egg whites

How long can these be kept refrigerated? I have heard from 1 week to 3 months. Anyone know? Thanks
(I have to buy in bulk and rebottle them so I'm unsure)

The ones I buy say to use after 7 days of opening but i have used them 3 weeks after that with no repercussions. Without it being opened, if i recall correctly, mine say to use within 2 months or so.

My only question would be if the macro's dwindle after they sit for a while after being opened.

Thanks for the reply - not sure why that is. Its like on 'Egg whites international' it says use within 3 months.. confused me

Really? On mine, not sure which brand as of right now, it has a sell by date which is 2 months ahead approximately and then it states to use within 7 days after opening.

Funny thing is I have been mixing my egg whites with my shakes in the morning if i get sick of cooking them way after 7 days of opening. I'm talking like 25 days after opening and I have been doing this for over a year now. Just last week I noticed the 7 day warning. HAHA I was like...ehh...**** it.

I've been hearing about these egg whites international. Gotta read up on that now. I'm sure its relatively the same nutrition content anyways.
