i'm a massage therapist and musician from georgia. i've recently started hittin' the gym again - but i'm 33 now, and things aren't quite like they used to be. anyway...
i have been using creatine this time around. i can tell a difference on the weeks i use it (i've alternated weeks as an experiment.) it gives a decent boost.
have any of you used GABA? i tried it tonight and got the tingly feeling the manufacturers mentioned as a side effect. kinda cool - at least i know it's not aspirin!
i also read some decent studies on nitric oxide. any thoughts on whether or not it's a waste of time?
