20 sets for bodypart is too much imo. How long do your routines last?

The workouts you're doing seem ok. I would just do them once a week which is what most people on here will say.

I would bump your sun workout to monday so you don't do tris the day after chest and scatter a couple of rest days in there. I like to keep back and shoulders apart since traps and upper back can overlap a little and I like to keep chest and shoulders/tris separated by at least a couple days with some space in between back and bis as well.

    Maybe:

    Sat - chest/bis
    Sun - off
    Mon - Shoulders/tris
    Tues - Legs
    Wed - off
    Thurs - back
    Fri - off
