Oh my! I am soooooo stoked right now! I am almost positive I just figured out what is wrong... I have slowly been getting softer and my BF has ever so slightly been on the upswing, despite being right where I need to be with macros. I was able to cut down to 9% a few months ago and I guess I got a little sloppy with the diet. Alright, no biggie... Fix it and get back to normal. Well, atleast that was the plan. For some reason I just could not get back on track. I tried to recall if I was doing anything different and I could not come up with anything. Hahaha. I think I just got it!!!!! I started adding Splenda to one of two things. Then started adding it to 3 or 4 things. Then I just bought myself a HUGE bag of it and started using an old leftover protien scoop to heap scoop fulls on everything. I thought since it had no carbs there was no harm. I still don't know what is bad about it but it is the only thing I can think of that I didn't have in my diet when I was cut up and now that I am soft again it is there. Starting right now, NO MORE SPLENDA! I will check back in 2 weeks and see what diffrence it makes. Anyone else experience problems using Splenda?
