Hi guys, Thanks for letting me become a member of this great forum, I use to do semi pro boxing but due to a car wreck I can no longer chase my dream ,Now I just train to stay active , I had to take a year off though and lost alot of muscle . I been hitting the gym for few months now but never used , this is my 1st time around., So I got some gear and I am ready to go , Only thing is I'm not sure what to do or if the gear I have is any good. Oh please teach me the ways Masters !!!!
