    My protein is just foamy

    So I got this proteiN at bulkbarn for 19$ a pound ... But I mix it with 250 ml of milk and it just becomes foam ... I literally get 750 ml out of the blender when it's done... I try letting it sit for 5 or 10 and didn't work... Is there something I should be concerned ? Does this means that the protein is crap or that is just A foamy protein? I don't mind it foamy as long as it has the 90% they claim in it..... Every 100g of pwder is supposed to b 90g of protein ... What do u guys think?

    How long do you blend it? I had some protein at one time that foamed a good bit. I was able to greatly reduce the foaming by reducing the blending time and or just pusling the blender.

    It may not be your problem, but I only blend mine for about 10-15 seconds and it just has a little foam.

    Try using water.

    I usually can't stirr it for less than 30 sec cause a lot gets stuck In the walls of the blender.. But u guys don't think there is a problem with the protein?

    I have found the more whey isolates my protein had the foamier it was.
