Thursday - chest and bis were off the chain! Strongets I have been so far. Did db presses 50/60/70/80's - 10/10/8/6. Followed by bb curls 50/70/90/60/60 - 10/10/8/10/10. Finished up with cables x overs supersetted with cable curls. I felt like the incredible hulk! Just when I thought it was enough, I decided to throw in some push-ups for the hell of it. I looked and felt like a monster! Pumped up like no tomorrow and huge veins in my arms! I had such a great workout even after 12 hours at work. No cardio or abs. Hunger still up. Sweating not as bad as before.
Friday - back and tris were great also. Strength still going up. Did some seated rows followed by close grip bench. Then close handed lat pull downs followed by push downs. Still pumped up like no tomorrow. This is a great thing! No cardio or abs, still busy at work ( which is a good thing ). No training this weekend but I will refeed on Sunday with God knows what, lol! One bad thing here guys is my libido is shot! No desire whats so ever. Hopefully this will go away during pct.
Otherwise things are great. Weight at 195. Strong as hell, looks and feels great with the only sides being minor acne, huge temper, and loss of libido. Still hitting the weights as hard as I can. BTW, shoulder pain very little but still will not take a chance for injury. Will return Monday with chest/bis/abs/cardio.....
