    Morning Cardio & BCAA's

Instead of a small serving of whey before am cardio I was thinking about a serving of BCAA's. My BCAA say's zero sugar but has Maltodextrin in it?
Is there a BCAA that dosen't contain sugar or simpaly just use an Instatized Whey product & let the body break down into the amino pool. I thought it would be more direct to just give the body the amino's instead of whey?

    Any coments apreciated!!

There should be 0g of carbs, so avoid any maltodextrin or sugars whatever the hell else they try to put in. I like 5g glutamine + 5g BCAAs for morning cardio.

I used to do the bcaa/glut before cardio now I just do one scoop of whey because I didn't really see a big difference.

Get some BCAA's that don't contain maltodextrin. I use ON's BCAA's and they have 0 cals or 0 carbs.

It would not be BCAAs if it had 0 calories..

I'm pretty sure the label on the back reads 0 cals. I will look tonight to make sure.
