Former professional athlete, 24 yrs old, been an avid lifter for years... have lower back problems so I am very careful in what I do to keep myself healthy. I currently weight train, cardio about 7 clients; have my own facility so I do most of my coaching for free bc I enjoy it. Interested in the info on this site hopefully I can broaden my horizons and learn more about supps.
My goal is to be 215lb I am currently struggling at 200lb, >5% bf
