Ok I had a question about drinking the pro-nos (whey protein) and black powder right before workout. is it safe to do? I mean I know I should drink a protein shake or something before a workout but i usually just drink a mix of black powder. Would it be safe to take both before a workout (not mixing them together in the same conatainer)

Also I am wanting to build more muscle tone and mass, I have started to get some mass from where I was before now to get the tone should I just watch what I eat and make sure I get more reps than lower reps? Btw my weight is 200lbs. and i am 6'2". I am 18 years old, 19 in november. Just though i should put that out there incase soemone might need it. Also my body fat is 13-14%
