Yesterday I was spotting a friend who was doing flat DB. I noticed his ipod was laying on the ground and went to grab it before the DB's crushed it and BOOM. Nice fvcking 100lb DB nailed 3 of my fingers. I dont think theyre broken being I can move them forward but not the opposite way.
I've came to the conclusion that for the next few weeks, all my of presses are going to have to be done on the smith machine or hammer strength machines. Deads, Shrugs, and rows are outta the question.
Do you think I could atleast maintain what I have without touching BB or DB freeweight for my presses? I'm on my third week of my twelve week cycle (Anadrol/Cyp/Deca). Cable work, DB rasies, and most machines do not bother the fingers, being a tight grip is not required? What do ya guys think?
