    100lb DB smashes fingers

    Yesterday I was spotting a friend who was doing flat DB. I noticed his ipod was laying on the ground and went to grab it before the DB's crushed it and BOOM. Nice fvcking 100lb DB nailed 3 of my fingers. I dont think theyre broken being I can move them forward but not the opposite way.

    I've came to the conclusion that for the next few weeks, all my of presses are going to have to be done on the smith machine or hammer strength machines. Deads, Shrugs, and rows are outta the question.

    Do you think I could atleast maintain what I have without touching BB or DB freeweight for my presses? I'm on my third week of my twelve week cycle (Anadrol/Cyp/Deca). Cable work, DB rasies, and most machines do not bother the fingers, being a tight grip is not required? What do ya guys think?

    I dont think the fingers Will hEal fast but it can be done... Ur physiotherapist would not advice it but it can be done

    Be lucky you weren't spotting me..... I press 126lbs dumbells

    I'd go easy for the next week..... but i'd try to tape them like mooseknuckle said..... then start light and see how it goes. If you can do the smith machine for press's you'll be fine.....

    Tape your fingers up in splints and use your good hand to tape your wrist strap to the bar.

    You seem like a hardcore type guy. Tape that shit and get at it.

    I honestly would do this if I were in you position.

    You can tie a rope around your wrist and the other end to a free weight to do curls. There is always a ways to make progress..

    stop cryin pvssy. get in there and get it done. i threw my back out sat afternoon. i was in the gym doin legs today. ibuprofin. wrap. im golden. pain was bad but whatev. i know you. your a monster go destroy some shit. like theyve said. wrap. split. do what ya gotta. use the smith. use the cables. but you can keep your gains and still make more gains. you da man. dont let some fingers take that from you

    I like the motivaton. fvck it, its not stopping me. Legs tomorrow then taping my shit up and repping out the 105s on the shoulder press. Thursday.
