I like ON but Dymatize Elite is just as good and alot cheaper. My girl prefers Dymatize to any brand of protein that we have gotten so far and at $67.00 for 10lbs you can't go wrong.

The Elite 10 pounder is the perfect blend of whey protein concentrates, ion-exchange whey protein isolates, and whey peptides. Elite has no added sugar, fructose, salt, or carbohydrates. And Elite now contains a proprietary digestive enzyme blend including Zytrix® to help amplify absorption, and to make Elite even more agreeable to lactose intolerant individuals. With protein being the cornerstone of muscle recovery and growth, what better way to save a few bucks and build your physique than with the Elite 10 pounder from Dymatize.

Not bad. I like the fact that you have tons of aminos here. Once I run low, I might give it a shot. Some of the other protein powders say 60 grams but you need 4 scoops.

Yea they also have a recipe for a thing called "sludge". It's just protein powder, natty peanut butter and maybe a tablespoon or two of water, then put it in the freezer for about 5 min. It tastes bad ass.

syntha-6 is a blend of 6 protein..fast and slow digesting..you can take it PWO if you want, before bed or anytime really..if you want the best PWO i suggest the ISO-100 from dymatize..100% hydrolyzed whey..absorbed 40% faster than regular whey isolate according to some articles ive read in MD
