I'm a track athlete (sprinter) who's taking an oral Winn cycle for 4 weeks. I've seen incredible results, but notice I'm extreamly tired on the track because of the extra growth I've had physically in my legs and shoulders. (need strong legs and shoulders to sprint fast). I can tell my body is adjusting. When I complete my cycle next week -- how long will it take for me to really see the results in my times on the track? And how long will I retain it before having to cycle again?
