    Arm Proportions

I am new to writing in this forum but have following it for sometime without registering. My question concerns the size difference between my arms and how i can fix them to be as equal as possible. Currently, my primary is my right arm and it measure 17 3/4" but my weaker arm measures 18 3/4". My diet is pretty solid and i have been gaining recently moving my bodyfat from 9%-10% in the process. Once again my right is smaller and stronger/defined, and left is bigger, please help! Thanks in advance.

Just keep lifting normally and your arms should even out a bit.. I would NOT try and overcompensate for the other by lifting more weight or reps.

    Wink

Try less sets for your bigger arm (just enough work to maintain) and do more for your weaker arm so it will eventually catch up. Or just don't worry about it like me unless you are competing for large sums of cash.

My weaker arm is the bigger one though, could it be an adipose discrepancy?
