    At home gym?

Like I said in my post I am on a budget, so therefore I need to come up with a workout plan at home.

I have a bench press, this bench comes with the leg curls also has a preacher curl station and cable (for pull down and what not), the bench can adjust so I can do military press.

I also have a butter-fly bar and two different straight bars.

    Two adjustable hand dumbbells.

Now with what I have I plan on doing more rep just cause of the lack of weights to choice from. I know it sucks, cause I love hitting the gym, but that is 60 buck I can use to get to work or feed my kids.

So does any one have a plan that I can follow so I can get a full body workout though out the week.

Like I would do something like this:

    Chest:

    Bench
    Incline
    Small decline
    Push up
    DB FLY

    Back/abs

Straight bar bend over curls 3set 15 rep
    bend over db fly
    dead lift
    Crunches
    need more idea for abs

    Arms:
    Preacher curl
    Seated db curls
    Straight bar close grip curl
    forearm curl
    stand butter-fly curl

    Shoulders:

    Uprights
    db shoulder press
    db raise

    Legs:

    Front leg curls
    rear leg curl
calf - (get a piece of wood and use it for calf raises)
Light squat ( no support for high weight)

Any ideas or is this ok, let me know!

I think for what your option are youre in good shape. There are gyms in my neighborhood that charge anywhere between 55 and 200 bucks/month. What r u nuts????? Fortunately, I work in a hotel where I can train for free. Also, I belong to Cardinal Fitness for $19/month. If I go onle once or twice, who cares, ya know....

If you have a bike at home, look into one of those things that elevate your rear wheel so you can do your cardio.....

Throw a bar in the ceiling somewhere for knee and leg lifts for your abs, I`m a big fan of those.

Don't forget to use that barbell for military presses, barbell rows, curls, stiff leg deads, deads, maybe some good mornings if you want, forearm curls.
Weighted crunches from your pulldown work pretty good as well for your abs.
