It depends on how your body responds to carbs.
Some people can eat a lot of carbs and stay lean. If you are not one of that lucky guys, you can always try keto/cycling and see the results.![]()
im currently carb cyclig now whilst cutting but am considering using this method in a bulking phase when the times comes hopefully will help me stay a little leaner
I'm sure you know this but you def. need to lower your carb count on non-workout days. This in itself will lead to carb cycling.
