a newbie to the site, been reading and watching for a couple of months now. done heavy weights/gym regularly years ago, middle age spread came too soon and too fast (aided by beer, take aways and very sedentry job/lifestyle). need to get into shape due to having X2 young kids i wanna enjoys time with and don't wanna die early!
terrible stats:
6ft tall
22 1/2 stone - not fit or strong anymore though do have a wide shoulder build and have retained a little strength (now down to regular human strength)
bp - high,
bodyfat +++
can't run due to weight and knackered anckles,
started cv at the gym last month 3-4 times /week - bike 1 hour ++
sit ups general 20 reps X 4 sets/body part/movement. just trying to get some motorbility back again.
diet - worse than terrible (crap, crap and more crap!!!!) slowly changing for the better. can't resist choccy tho!!
not looking for advice, just enjoy reading posts and looking for support and inspiration - no burning please - fragile couldn't take it.
age 39 - feels like 59 at 6 am.
