stomach pain/cramps

Hi guys so currently on prop/tren/winny cutting cycle and iv noticed around my stomach i get a few pins n needles sometimes like nothing to painful but something is going on down there and not sure if its my kidneys or liver. i don't feel its my liver i'm takeing milkthistle aswel i feel it could be my kidneys but and been pissing farely dark lately not too dark but yeah i also drink cranberry aswel alot what you guys think cheers.

If you have any inclination that it could be kidney related I would suggest going to the doctor immediately. Better safe than sorry.
