Hey guys,
This never happened to me before. So heres the story. I was working out legs yesterday and did 7 really intense sets of squats and one set of seated calf raises. I had a family emergency so i had to leave the gym.
I totally did not finish my routine. Today I woke up and my hamstrings and glutes are experiencing doms. So my question is do i go to a different bodypart or work legs again? I feel like just finishing my routine from yesterday would be pretty half assed so i don't even know if this should even be an option
