Hey everyone, just wanted to introduce myself. I've been around reading the boards here for a couple years now and so far it's been a good experience learning mostly about diet and training. Being an ex-college athlete I had trainers that helped out a lot in those regards but now that college is done I look forward to continue learning here and to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I think these forums can also give that extra motivation, seeing real people get real results; some notable ones that i've followed include Moush's log from awhile ago and Dedic8ted's recent log.
