    Help here....curious case...

    hi everyone....im from Pakistan...

    im 5'4'' weighing 123.84 lbs..my age is 18. from genetically short heighted family. im into gyming from 1 year (with fits and starts though) but im regular from 3 months.... my chest, shoulder and wings have grown well...but problem lies in my arms (biceps, forearms), they are very lean, (i feel shy to even wear halfsleeve shirts) and my wrist is also very thin...shall i use Dianabol or someother stacking for my arms to grow... im good into eating...they are just genetically very thin..help me buddies..thanks in advance.

    welcome.

    No need for any steroids at this point, you should have tons of natural test in your system.

    What's your daily diet like?

    well....my diet is very good...as far as other parts of my body is concerned...but when it comes to arms(biceps, forearms, triceps) it is like not working... i take sixmeals..with all the requirements..special importanceon protein and carbs...

    how big are they? have you measured them? Whats the routine look like?

    again, why don't you post up everything you eat on a daily basis...in detail.

    Also, a look at your workout routine would be helpful.

    hm. 10 and ahalf inch biceps... 10 inch forearm arm with 5 inch wrist..
    what sort of ov routine ur talkin abt..gym routine..
    its thrice a week..
    Day 1 - Chest Triceps
    Day 2 - Back Biceps
    Day 3 - Forearms and Lower Body

    Daily Diet..

    Breakfast- Bowl of yogurt, Whole wheat large sized bread, 2 Boiled Eggs, 1 Boiled Potato and half a litre Milk.

    1- Protein Shake and a Bowl of noodles. some bananas.

    Lunch- chicken or beef whatever available with large sized whole wheat bread some bananas.

    2- (Pre Workout) - protein shake, noodles, bananas.

    Dinner - Vegetables, whatever available, pulses and some fruits.. half a litre milk. with whole wheat large bread.

    3- half a litre milk and fruits...


    and i am also having creatine suppli.

    Dude that diet..... Speaking nicely... Is pathetic. Noodles? Like cmon bro. you need protein. and not liquid protein shakes.. FOOD.

    thats all..we got here bro...i usually supplement my protein lackness with..protein supplements..what do u suggest the.
