hi everyone....im from Pakistan...
im 5'4'' weighing 123.84 lbs..my age is 18. from genetically short heighted family. im into gyming from 1 year (with fits and starts though) but im regular from 3 months.... my chest, shoulder and wings have grown well...but problem lies in my arms (biceps, forearms), they are very lean, (i feel shy to even wear halfsleeve shirts) and my wrist is also very thin...shall i use Dianabol or someother stacking for my arms to grow... im good into eating...they are just genetically very thin..help me buddies..thanks in advance.
