Books that have made a difference to your life

Are there any books you guys have read that have simply blown you away? They might have even made you look at life a little bit different?

Like movies, it's impossible to pick one book so i'll list a few that have amazed me over the years.

    The Gunslinger by Stephen King
    The Stand by Stephen King
    The Road by Cormac McCarthy
    Fightclub by Chuck Paluniak
    Trainspotting by Irvine Welsche

Even though he writes comics, anything by Garth Ennis is quality. The guy should be writing books in my opinion. War Stories is pretty good, as is Preacher, Crossed, The Boys and Punisher: MAX.

Sperm Wars, not cause its the best book I ever read but a book that triggered a lifelong obsession with sex & relationships.

That booked def popped my pimp cherry though.
Art of Seduction was very good too just WAYY TOO much bs history.

The whole book is him telling a boring story then interpreting it. All the stories suck but the interpretations are mind blowing.

And then "Think & Grow Rich" by Napolean Hill.. actually ANY book on David DeAngelos book list usually winds up being a great read imo.

I recently read the first two of the Ender's series and they are great. Wish I had time to continue with the remainder of the series. I highly suggest it.

    I dont read.
But really I dont read very often. A book has never influenced me.

I liked the Mode series by Piers Anthony.

Other than that I would have to say it was the stacks of playboy, Penthouse and Hustlers I read when I was 13-15
