Whats the best way to start on cycles...do bulk then cut bulk then cut ?

i reckon, Bulk,Cut and then lean gain is good.

are you talking about all in one cycle or seperate cycles?? and how much do you weigh?

u could try to do a cutting cycle with that kind of bodyweight(winstrol,anavar,eq and test prop)would be good

My goals are simple, stronger, bigger, cut and lean after i receive gains
Then go for the bulk. As you mention yourself, you wanna achieve some gains first - go for it. With gains in mind, bulk, and then focus on your next move afterwards![]()
Yeah if you wanna bulk first then do that then worry about cutting. I personally have only cycled once test e at 500mg/week. My next cycle would be test e at 600mg/week and winny at the back end for 4 weeks at 60mg/day. I'd be starting it in feb 2010 cause I only do once a year but rule of thumb here is time on +pct = time off.
10 weeks long, gained 15lbs lowered my bf from 14 to 12, gained about 20% strength but lost some of it
