    First Cycle !

    K guys. im new @ this forum soo ill star introducing myself name is Alex im 19 years old male. umm im im 5"6 my weight is 140.4 and my BMI is 22.6 (aprox) and idk my Bf%.

    Im an active person i do 30 mins of cardio 6 days a week and hit the gym 6 days also. i've been going to the gym on and off for like 3 years now noww i've been going religiously for like a month and half w.o takin anything.

    My friend and i started our first cycle on monday using Winstrol 50mg/mL, 1 mL every leaving 1 day in between so its been 3 shots already. k soo im open to any suggestion guys just like i said im looking to get ripped specially in the abs so if u got any sugg plz tell me and if im doing something wrong also tell me. iff u need more info just ask ty guys

    I don't think I would take winstrol alone in any circumstance.. And not at age 19 either. Don't think you are gonna get too many people on here condoning a cycle at your age

    Your to young mate. Your whole strategy is wrong, U need more natural training first. Using just winny alone will get u 0 gains, it is used to harden and polish off an already ripped physique, it will also dry your joints to ****.

    ok soo you already started soo im not gunna tell you your too young... you should always run test as a base in any cycle imo but if you cant get any test prop then i would go buy a good test prohormone to take w/ it....run the winni 50mg everyday for 4-6 weeks...make sure you get yourself some glucosamine for your joints b/c in my experience your gunna need it...after you finish your cycle your going to need a pct thats post cycle therapy in case u didnt know and that is to get your boys makin sum test again.... pct

    clomid 100mg ed first two weeks then 50mg ed for the following two weeks
    nolvadex 40mg ed first 2 weeks then 20 mg ed for the next two weeks

    o yeah next time you wana start shootin yourself full of drugs its a good idea to know wtf your doing and get a good bit of research in bro...this shit is serious and if you dont know what your doing you can screw yourself and your natty hormone produciton up for life and develop all kinds of nasty things....limp dick that want work, puffy lumpy bitch tits that leak, liver problems etc.

    Bro Stop now! You are young enough that your natty levels are still high enough to make gains for years to come! Hit the diet forum and you will make better gains than you ever could on a winnie only cycle. You also will feel like Sh**t in about a week if you don't stop now as you will probaly shut your natty test levels down! Best of luck There is a ton of info here! If you read up you will be prepared for future cycles!

    i really wish ppeps would come here first and resurch a bit before taking anything.....winstrol by itself will not get you ripped.....diet and cardio will do that......you need to learn how to eat to grow and or loose weight first before adding a compound.....you kids and your instant gradification...*sigh*

    natty levels is your bodys natural hormone levels...when you intoduce steroids into your system you body shuts down its natty hormone production to try to counter balance the influx you are introducing....thus when you finish a cycle you need pct to kickstart your natty levels to try to keep maximum amount of gains, keep your dick working properly, and to keep from gettin the nasty estrogen side effects...if you stop go and get some natty test boosters and estrogen blockers if you cant get clomid and nolvadex....yeah you should be drinking protein shakes and eating plenty of protein and you can take creatine and l glutamine to make great gains without juice

    Natty Test means= your bodys natural testosterone.
    The way you eat depends on your current goals, whether it be bulking or cutting your protien intake needs to be constantly high.
    You need to get 1.5 grams of protien per pound of body weight every day.
    You need to test how different types of food and training will effect your body.
    There are so many things you need to learn before you even consider using steroids.
    Eat well, train hard and get loads of rest.

    Your testosterone levels are at there peak right now! Take advantage off that hit up the diet forum! those guys over there really know there stuff and then after you have reached your genetic potential in 5 or 6 years then consider aas! Great choice on stopping now!

    1-Chest- 4 exercises, 3 set each,12,10,8 reps each rep more + weight
    Triceps-4 exercises, 3 set each,12,10,8 reps each rep more + weight
    30 min cardio jogging aprox 3 miles maybe a lil more
    P90x Ab Ripper

    2-5:00 Am Swimming 1,500 meters
    Trapezius-3 exercises, 3 set each,12,10,8 reps each rep more + weight
    Back-4 exercises, 3 set each,12,10,8 reps each rep more + weight
    Bicep-4 exercises, 3 set each,12,10,8 reps each rep more + weight

    From moday to saturday
    Sunday= rest day

    even with him being young its not like he has anywhere near a good base to start with, under 170 shouldnt cycle IMO and definately a young guy too, I could understand more if you were 18-20 and had been lifting for years naturally like a lee priest or cutler or branch where you have developed a physique but 140lbs come on now and your supposedly ripped and your taking a cutter for what, hell 140 will only look big if your like 5'1 to 5'3 maybe....WTF

    Buy an issue of flex or muscle and fitness, try out a proper bbs routine and see if it helps, you need to read and learn loads my friend.
