Thread: why does time on= time off?

why does time on= time off?

for a 12 week cycle for example, how do you figure that you should be off for 12 weeks before starting another cycle? why not 8 weeks or so? what is the explanation behind this? I know your body needs time through pct to restore natural hormone and testosterone levels but does it really take that long after pct is over?

the general rule of thumb is time on + pct = time off, so a 12 week cycle and 4 week pct would mean 16 weeks off. the best way is to have bloodwork done before and after, the general rule was developed by the average time it took those who had bloodwork to return to normal. no one can tell you exactly how long it will take you, better safe than sorry.

but doesnt pct start two weeks after the last injection, meaning 18 weeks off? I have also heard from others that time off includes pct. youre saying it doesnt?

Bro its time on + pct = time off so 12 wk cycle with 4 wk pct you have to take 16 wks off minimum unless you get blood work done before and after andf it shows you are fully recovered after whatever weeks be smart about it or you could do damage to yourself. Holy crap big you beat me to it LOL.

No in that case it IS 18 wks off not all compounds have a 2 week wait for pct to begin remember

I guess I have to wait 16 weeks then. I'm barely like 6 weeks now.

Yeah it's called recovery. Give your body a chance to get back to normal so the next cycle will have a better chance of working also.

You have years and years to cycle, don't be in such a hurry

Your body needs ample time to return to normal. During a cycle lots of things will put strain on the body. From 17aa orals to certain compounds increasing LDL and decreasing HDL. You get the idea...

The HPTA also has to recover. LH and FSH need to return to baseline. The testes need to be stimulated be endogenous ganadotrophins.

Its just another reason why blood work, regularly, is so imperitive IMHO.

The HPTA may recover fairly quickly post cycle, but give it a bit of time to normalise. Then cycle again if you need to IMHO.

The body will begin to build a tolerance, SHBG and myostatin levels will increase and you'll need to further increase dosages or cange compounds to get gains. A cycle will be far more effective utilised at the correct time.
