    Extra noob

    Hola! The names Bill, I'm 23 and I'm 5'8'' 150lbs...

I've been a pretty skinny guy forever, but fortunately god blessed me with athleticism. I cant put on weight for the life of me though.

I dont really eat as healthy as I should, but I definitely know I have a high calorie intake. My metabolism just burns the shit out of calories!

I'm really looking forward to browsing the threads and learning about my upcoming juice experiences. I would really love to get to a cut, muscular 180-190lbs.

Thanks for the space, hopefully I gain some new friends too!

The guy is timeless really, and Adrian Peterson is really giving him an edge that he hasnt seen before. I really like Minnesota to rep the NFC in the Super Bowl this year. The 9ers are playing some damn good ball though...

My Steelers are playing like shit though.

niners offense just sucks hill is garbage.

Dude but frank gore is soooooooo nice!!!

I have a feeling that the niners will be a very very competitive team within a year or two. They have a great coach in Singleterry and good D/solid ground attack wins ballgames, especially later on in the season.

But neways. I'm completely new to juice, i really dont even know where to start when it comes to this stuff, think someone could point me in the right direction?

how long have you been training? there are alot of things you need too get down before thinking about a cycle.

well i always trained in high school because i was running track and playing ball. but to be honest i just got back into lifting, running and riding the bike about 2 weeks ago. I just dont seem to have the same "punch" that i used to get... and being lighter before was always a good thing because i needed the extra speed. Now i want to mainly focus on strength and size.
