should you train harder or less once you have finished your cycle?

Agreed, dont lighten up on working out due to ending a cycle, that is why so many people loose size/strength. Keep up the hard work and you will keep gaining.

Workout with the same intensity, but reduce the number of working sets by 1/3. If possible train muscle groups once a week only.

I train just as hard and do my best to use the same heavy weights. As mentioned, keep your workouts short and intense, and don't hit each muscle more than once a week. And remember, make sure your diet is in check!

Low duration, moderate volume, very high intensity, and longer rest periods would seem logical..
