First I'd like to know why ejaculation volume decreases on steroids in the first place?

Next I'd like to ask how long it takes to return to normal? I'm currently in my 2nd week of PCT and haven't seen much improvement (although everything else is working fine, I have a sex drive and so forth so I'd say my Testosterone level is OK).
