help with PCT

hey dudes i want to runa cycle on deca and sus but i dnt know what PCT to use

heres my cycle

sustanon weeks 1 - 12 500mg
deca weeks weeks 3 -12 400 mg

could you please provide me with what PCT i need and how much to
take.

i dont want to smart asses and no lectures just facts .ok dudes

looks good, you may want to have something like exemestane or letro on hand, just in case you have signs of gyno. But definitely go with the clomid and nolva pct.
