Hey I am new to this whole thing, I have been doing an extreme workout for the past three months completely clean. I was weighing in at 138lbs due to drug addiction problems that I have overcome and am ready for the next step. In the past 3 months I have moved into a firm 163lbs and my roommate who has been doing this all his life said I should try it if I really wanted to get bigger (thats the goal)
I just have a few questions, I already have my diet and cycles planned out (Hes helping me with the on/off process and everything so we're fine there)
1. Approximately how much muscle/gain should I expect in the next three months?
2. When working out what is the best routine to do, keep doing it like im doing the bis + back / tris + chest / legs + shoulders + abs then light jogs?
3. How much is this going to cost me approximately (he said around $500 which is fine)
