    It's a great board, lots of popular mods from many different boards and we even have a secure source check forum where only you and the mods can see the thread. Never hurts to be a member of a couple different boards, come on over and say hi...

    That's exactly what I like about this board as well. I have to come check in no matter what. No matter what this is the board that first gave me the knowledge.

    I'm a mod at FG though so a lot of my time is spent over there

    We have alot of the members from musclezine with us as well...It's gonna be a great board with a little more time...hell, we've got 700 members in 2 weeks...Lots of good vets and mods as well..

    Very good board made of people w/ lots of knowledge. Just like here.
    AR was the first board that I stumbled upon. I had lots of my questions answered here. Fitnessgeared.com has lots of good info as well. Go and check it out.
