    Hey every1.

    Hello guys. I m Arry Singh Rai , from Punjab.
    I read a lot of stuff hereon this forum. and it is really helpfull.

    From my experience i think a person cant get big without steroids. so i m planning on starting having some.. but how to start a cycle?
