what am I deficient in?
Situation: when I am relaxed with a certain muscle in the contracted position, but not being contracted - just resting, when I move to stretch the muscle it is like I am tearing it. It's not like a cramp, it's more of a sharp pain. I am sure some of you have experienced this when you all of a sudden move too quickly and pull a muscle. Anyway I get this constantly - like 10 times a day.
Solution?: I have tried potassium, I drink tons of water, bulking so I should not be deficient in carbs fats or protein... I can't figure it out.
