    deficiency?

    what am I deficient in?
    Situation: when I am relaxed with a certain muscle in the contracted position, but not being contracted - just resting, when I move to stretch the muscle it is like I am tearing it. It's not like a cramp, it's more of a sharp pain. I am sure some of you have experienced this when you all of a sudden move too quickly and pull a muscle. Anyway I get this constantly - like 10 times a day.
    Solution?: I have tried potassium, I drink tons of water, bulking so I should not be deficient in carbs fats or protein... I can't figure it out.
    (trt, not on cycle)

    always been really low on t levels since I was young. Had all kinds of issues regarding it. No doctor would put me on trt when I was young because of growth plates and many other reasons you don't put people who are 15 on trt. As a result I had so many stomach problems and was basically unable to eat. I finally did my own research and found that eq will drastically increase hunger, therefore making me able to whole food. I found that you must run eq with testosterone so I bought both and just like magic I was better. once I started pct my levels went back down and back to the old me. I did this a couple of times. I have always been on the low side of test levels, so as long as I can get my levels into the 200 range with a normal but low free test levels, I felt no need to stay on trt. But after pct last cycle of test only, the doc and I could not get my levels up past 50 without the use of more pct. So after talking to a couple of people I decided to go on trt. I am now on the androgel and have steady levels of 800. I also have test cyp if i want to use it. that was actually the shortest I could make the story because there are many other factors that I neglected to mention. I pretty much just have the worst genetics for bb ever.

    how much androgel are you doing daily...

    and how long have you been on it??

    I am on 6 pumps of androgel and I have been on trt for only about 3 months.

    Weirdest thing about it is that without trt I cannot gain muscle (not weird) but I cannot gain fat at all either. Like I have genetics of a very skinny girl.
    I used to eat 8,000 calories a day; 4,000 or 5,000 of those being empty shit calories. Didn't gain an once of fat. always sat at about 7% bf.
    Now that I am on trt I can gain fat easily, and have to watch what I eat.

    im a pic posting tard too.. iv never done it..

    im guessing the cramps are from the elevated levels of test due to your baseline being so low..

    every time i run a test cycle i have the same problem as you.. i could be eating 3500 calories a day and ill cramp every time i put my hands in the air to stretch... it's a common side effect..

    any other side??

    night sweats?? acne?? bloat??

    I always have acne... It has only been less than three months and I am trying to get rid of gyno so ancillaries are being used.

    I have a pic from 4 months ago and I am like 145 post cycle. lol what a joke!

    better yet, does your doc specialize in trt?

    i wouldn't rule it out as a side effect of the elevated levels of test..

    if youve been 50 all your life and now your 800 it makes sense

    i dont exactly know the physiological context of why it happens... nor do i think there's research on it (at least, i havn't stumbled upon it)...

    i do know that all my friends, including me, have felt these cramps while on cycle..

    i don't get what you mean by the muscle is in a contracted position, but not contracted?

    like say my arms are at my side but that is because I am standing, not because I am doing a pull up, then when I reach above my head I get a strong pull and pain.

    Or say I am lying down and my arm is folded, then when i try to straighten it I get teh same pull

    sounds like either a muscle knot, possible muscle tear, or inflammation, though the inflammation is not all that likely

    phate i get the same thing when im on cycle.. i cant put my hands straight up in the air and stretch without cramping.. i also wake up in my sleep with a cramp.. prob from an involuntary twitch...

    i really believe its from the gear personally..

    your body is in overdrive while your on cycle..

    correct me if im wrong

    I can make it happen (within reason) to just about every muscle in my body.
    sit down for a little, then stand up quickly and there it is.
    fold my arms and then straighten them.
    lift my arms above my head quickly

    it is strange as I have had many cramps and it is usually fixable by a banana or two or something else. these are not like cramps, they are painful sharp.

    im tellin u twist, your describing what i go through at almost every cycle iv done..

    I believe you. Curious that out of the two of us, both have experienced this and yet nobody has any input as to the cause.
