Ive seen a number of HGH patches pop up on the internet - are these any good?

It has 5400ng of Somatotrophin - is this a good dose? and what effects would you expect from such a patch?

Guy at my gym has been using it, his not happy with the result (mostly fake). I use injection Somatropin, works like a charm.
