gyno a concern with first test cycle!

I am planning my first test-e cycle and I am a little concerned about gyno issues. In the past I have got gyno from prohormones but I have learned how to control flare ups using over the counter stuff.

    cycle looks like:

    test-e : 500mg's/week for 10 weeks
    pct : clomid 50/50/50/50
    nolva 40/20/20/20

I guess my question is... do I have to use aromasin or adex from start to finish while on cycle to keep gyno away, or can I just start using one or the other if symptoms occur?

second... can I use nolva if symptoms occur or will it take away from the gains?

    any help greatly appreciated

Tamox will lower IGF levels, but not by a great deal.

I like to use Arimidex or Aromasin on cycle.

    Arimidex 0.5mg/EOD or 0.25mg/ED.

    Aromasin 10mg/ED or EOD.

HCG used on cycle will also cause an increase in estorgen, from aromotase and directly at the testes.

its just that aromasin is so damn expensive and i am told that aromasin is better to use than adex and the guy that told me that is very trusted. So.. will it still work if I start the ai when the gyno symptoms occur or do i have to run it the whole time reguardless?
    thanks
