I've been going through this book (William Llewellyn's 'Anabolics 2009') over the last few weeks and I'm finding some contradictions that I want your opinion on.
1.) The book argues against tapering in steroid cycles. Yet in the sample cycles the author is recommending, some cycles do just that: tapering. If the author does not believe in such practices, then why suggest the use of such cycles.
2.) The book argues a Test cycle shouldn't be longer than 8 weeks (due to the fact that you stop making gains if you don't up the dosage and that if you up the dosage you increase the negative sides). Yet in the sample cycles the author is recommending, some cycles do just that
3.) There is one sample cycle (called "Testosterone cycle #1 (mass)") where the doses suggested are 200mg per day. This seems excessive for a beginner's cycle --can we assume a typo and that 200mg a week was intended?
