    help

I want to add size to my thighs and glutes. I am presently 35 years old 6ft four 250 pounds. My thighs presently measure 27 inches and I want to add at least 2 inches to them. I was a former competitive athlete and I am serious about training again. I addition to adding size I want to improve my funtional speed and athletisism as well. I know what exercises will help me but i am interested in learning about supplements or anything that will me get my edge. Any advice will be appreciated

I competed in football on the college level. presently, my diet is comprised of fruits and vegtables and occasionally chicken of beef. I am aware that consuming to much meat can be taxing on your digestive system. I do not know what my bodyfat index is but i am not fat by no means. I try to get 6 to eight hours sleep but that is dependant on my work schedule ( we all need money)!. I am interested in learning about everything and i do not consider something that helps you become a more aware person dark or evil. I think we can all agree on that.

Best thing to do is read up in the diet section, it is not just for losing weight, but also good eating advice for putting on quality mass. If you are leaning towards cycling, the profiles section is a great place to read up and see if anything is for your needs.

yeah, and i have started to be much more consistant. I do wind sprints -100 yards four times. I do plyometrics on grass and sand 3 to 4 times weekly. trying to limit the distance running but my house is about 2 miles from my bus stop so i run and walk the distance home. When I have access to a olympic gym i do snatchs and cleans and some front squats. I have long legs and as i have gotten older have they have gained mass.

You need to get consistent weight training into your regimen for sure. Atlest 4 days a week should have weight training in them.

explosive training or the other. I am a big fan of explosive training- it seems as if my muscles are getting more powerful. Can i gain mass doing explosive weight training?
