heres'd the story. I am in pretty good shape fro a near 39 year old male. 5 ft 11 and 185lbd 34" waste and prolly about 15 to 16 % bf. I have posted on this board on one cycle... I went from a 'sloppy' in my book 190 to 202 in the course of a 8 week cycle of test enth. PCT was the normal stuff.
Here's my thing. I lost some motivation and started slacking. just doing the normal, maintaince stuff. Staying the same body weight at 185lbs just got a layer of FAT.. I talked to a few people and started carb depleting. Example of normal meals on any given day:
7am 5 egg whites one whole egg
9am... 1/2 cup low fat cottege cheese and a tin of tuna
11am.... one large chicken breast
2pm ... 1 cup cottege cheese (low fat)
6pm.... 4 eggs whites and a chicken breast.
I understand that this is not enough calories but hte carb count is really low.

I play baseball, I used to play in college and for 2 years in A level ball. I have some past cycle experience and am just feeling old I suppose. I LIKE THE focus I get and the edge (maybe all in my head) of test in athletics. Anything to replace it with???? Sex doesn't work bro !!![]()
