I'm asking because I've an upcoming case. What was your charge, and what was your result? I'm facing 2 D Felony charges for 1/10th a bottle of sustanon and a hypodermic needle. First offense, no priors. 25 years old, full time worker and full time student. I was in the process of enlisting with the USMC and then this happened. I'm just trying to get a feel for what to expect.

Ive been caught with it here in canada but no charges were laid.
At the time and still may be the case... its not against the law to have them. It is against the law to buy or sell them though.... So go figure.

Cop did bust them on the ground.

It did fall under the food and drug act here at one time.

Yep. Dipshit friend left it in my car mistakenly. It fell out of his gym bag!!!!!!!!!! I got pulled over and it was in the back seat in PLAIN VIEW!!!

But id imagine it would be dropped to a misdemeanor. But again, id consult your lawyer and ask him to look at simular cases. Also review your states laws.
