    Using supplements while on gear

Ok so i just wanted to make sure what the thoughts were on using certain supplements while on the gear.

I currently use superpump250 from gaspari nutrition as a pre workout and anabolic halo from muscle tech as a post workout.

I was just wondering if anybody knew weather or not there is any reason not to take it or if it would be redundant in general, as ive never tried taking it while on my cycle but just now figuring i might as well if there are no real negatives to it.

    thanks

so I shouldnt take it...ok, how about the post workout? Im worried it may have something that will block receptors or have a negative effect on the effectiveness of my gear

Pre Workout and "Recovery Supplements" like xtend or intrabolic ect are a load of crap, save your money and spend it on food. I took them for a long time then finally realized there's no need for it if your diet is half way decent.

i guess it depends on body type. but NOxplode definitely works for me. and i love the energy it gives me in the gym. which is probably due to all the caffeine in it. but i dont think i would bother taking it on cycle. i get enough of a pump with the gear, if i was taking noxlope too, i proly wouldnt be able to curl my arm all the way.

I respectfully beg to differ I use xtend because of the bcaa ... I don't want the cardio to eat my muscles ... So I tAke one serving and dividenit into three a little bit before workout the most part during the workout cardioa and the las two sips as soon as I'm done with the cardio ... On an empty alstomach they generate a nice insulin spike usefull for ur weights and then intranet workout it gives u the aminos to not let ur muscles die by cardio

IMO, you should continue taking whatever supplements you were taking prior to starting AAS use while on.

i read that you shouldn't take creatine while cycling. something to do with creatine holding water in your muscles. having some effect while cycling

correct me if i'm wrong. i am uncertain where i read this info though

I've only ran 1 cycle , i useto be HEAVY on pre-workouts...1 after another for about 6 months, until i stopped about last year.

Saves alot of money and on cycle as ifyou don't have enough energy + great pumps on gear as it is?

I'm still taking the Superpump 250 while on my cycle. When doing arms though the pump can be insane!!! I can barely raise my arms to wash off my face in the sink. I still take my whey and casein shakes but that's it. I will start my creatine when the cycle is done.

Protein or aminos won't Interfere with gear... Don't wanna sound a jerk or smartass but u might wanna do some research on the stuff u put on the body and how the body reacts to it .. Like the mechanism of action... I would never think of putting everything without doing some research like that... U only have one body ... If u fvck up u might b fvucked up for life so

You dont want an insulin spike pre workout, you want it post workout.

taking creatine or pre work out stuff isn't going to hurt you when you get on gear. If you like it, then keep using it
