I have never bulked before, i cut down from 200ish 22ish% BF to now about 180lbs 11-13%, I am going to shut out what lots of people are saying, and
LIFT BIG + EAT CLEAN + REST
i want to get up to about 210lbs 16% or slightly less, then cut down to about 9-12% bodyfat
want to be about 190-195 and lean, i am all natty. this will be my 1st year ever trying to gain weight, I think this is my one year, im 21 never bulked im going for it.
Your thoughts?
