    Is my Bulking diet ok?(I'm a lightweight)

    I'm 31 years old 5,3". I'm 60kg (132lbs). Need to know if my diet is ok to gain some mass. please advise.

    Meal 1 (6am)

    instant oats with water (not boiled)
    banana
    apple
    2 rice cakes

    Workout 10am

    Meal 2 (p.w.o.) 11:30am
    a few dates (to raise insulin)
    1 can of tuna
    2 fried eggs
    2 slices bread (white)
    5 slices of polony

    Meal 3 Lunch 1:30pm
    mostly a curry with rice.(about 1.5 cups of rice) (I dont know measurements but i eat till i'm full.And for a small guy i generally eat more than guys bigger than me.

    Meal 4 snack 3:30pm
    2 Banana's
    2 Rice cakes

    Meal 5 Dinner
    Generally 2 Roast chicken Breasts or a pasta Alternatively 400grams steak
    with french fries

    Meal 6 (after dinner before bed)
    Banana
    apple
    2 rice cakes
    2 slices of bread with nutty peanut butter.

    Thats it. I work out 5 days a week. 1 muscle a day. Big muscles 4 exercises with 4 sets each total of 20 sets and smaller muscles 16 sets

    I'm a very hard gainer.This is the heaviest I've ever weighed.

    Thats what. Not even 150grams protein per day. wouldn a starting point of atleast 1.5 gram protein per pound body weight be a good start. Plus would that food meet your tdee let alone be over tdee to gain. Also thats alot of carbs. Very little protein. . . . I may be wrong. But check out jamyjams sticky. That helped me alot. Im also a hard gainer. Started of at 68kg im now at 73. . . Thats in 5weeks. . Thanks to jamyjams sticky. Helped alot. Go through it. Get your bmr and tdee and look at the examples of foods he has there. Any way glad you decided to get help here.

    Added more protein

    Thanks for the tip. I've added a protein shake which i take 3 times a day.
    and another can of tuna in the evening.

    I would add in 5-8 egg whites and a couple whole eggs to breakfast. Meal 4 is just no good either....

    Weights goin up

    Not sure which is harder,the gymming or the eating.
    My weight is increasing albeit slowly.
