Thats what. Not even 150grams protein per day. wouldn a starting point of atleast 1.5 gram protein per pound body weight be a good start. Plus would that food meet your tdee let alone be over tdee to gain. Also thats alot of carbs. Very little protein. . . . I may be wrong. But check out jamyjams sticky. That helped me alot. Im also a hard gainer. Started of at 68kg im now at 73. . . Thats in 5weeks. . Thanks to jamyjams sticky. Helped alot. Go through it.
