    New member, call me Keep_Walking

Hi, I'm a new member of this website. I have been training on and off for about 3 years now. I have an slightly above average body, but I'm pretty athletic. I'm thinking of trying out steroids once or twice mostly just because I want to improve my body. I don't want to gain a lot of weight in muscles and become uber buff. I just want to tone my body, get that six pack and also perform a bit better in the sports that I do (MMA and Kickboxing).

So what are the things that I need to know, and which do you advise me taking? I was thinking Anavar, since that one gives the a lot of strength and weight loss without making me gain too much weight, so people won't immediately notice that I got uber buff. What other information do I need to give before people here can give me better advice?

    addition information:

    Height: 6 foot 1 (186 cm)

    Nationality: Dutch Antillean

    Weight: 170 lbs (84 kilos)

    sex: Male

Also, I wanted to know, how long do the effects last? So when I stop using them, do I just revert back to my regular old body?

    First, WELCOME!

Second, at 6'1" you are very light.

I think what you want is to get your diet in check first.

Post your diet in the diet section.

Phate is the man with the plan there.

I do not know your complete stats, so I can't fully help you.

This will get better attention if posted in Q&A.

I do not like Var only cycles, (to start with anyways).

    First cycle = Test only

And a pct plan MUST be in place.

    Best

    T
