Hey everyone! I've been working out since I was 17 (going to be 24 here in november) I was on and off. Fell off the train, but I am a personal trainer now and I'm really sticking to things. I've been in quite the dilema over the years. Played the game of "Oh, when I hit 160lbs I'll look like I want. When I hit 170lb. When I hit 180lb!" I have been stuck at 182 (ish) for a good 10 months or so. Been playing with the idea of a cycle, and really trying to get info on it before I jump in. I was looking at doing a test cycle and of course PCT. No clue what to do, and the PCT I kinda have an idea. (After my rambling) I'm looking to to be a smart person about it, and work my ass off in the gym. Suggestions/comments/concerns/criticisms/credit cards. Anything ya got I'm hear to learn and try something out.
